Vitamins B1, B12, and biotin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, helps with normal mental performance, while vitamins B2, B3, B6, and B12 provide energy and reduce fatigue and physical exhaustion.

B Complex timed release is ideal for those looking to maintain the proper functioning of their nervous system.

Dosage

One tablet per day with the main meal along with water.

Long-term intake of the amount of B6 contained in the product may cause mild itching and numbness.

Store in a dry and cool place, at a temperature below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients

Di-Calcium Phosphate, Bulking agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6 (methyl cellulose), Riboflavin, Niacin (as niacinamide), Thiamin (methylcellulose), Choline Bitartrate, Para-Aminobenzoic Acid, Inositol, Lecithin (from soya), Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin B12 (di-calcium phosphate), Biotin (di-calcium phosphate), Folic Acid (di-calcium phosphate), Glazing Agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
