If I had to choose from the thousands of supplements available, fish oil would always be in my top 5 of the most important and possibly number 1 (along with vitamin D).
The benefits are numerous and certainly go beyond cholesterol and triglycerides. Many people, for example, seek "mental stimulation" and clarity, among other things, in various formulations with exotic herbs, aphrodisiacs, and vitamins. It is much more certain that they will experience this enhancement with sufficient doses of omega-3 - DHA, one of the two omega-3 fatty acids, is a balm for our brain.
Here we have fish oil that provides us with 196mg of EPA and 127mg of DHA per capsule, which is approximately what the most well-known brands like Mollers offer, and generally a small to medium, typical dosage per capsule in fish oils. EPA and DHA are the two omega-3 fatty acids that are the reason we take fish oil; when we talk about omega-3, we are talking about these two.
The source of the fish is not given to us (likely anchovies/sardines, which is perfectly fine, it doesn't need to be some impressive fish) and the company is generally reliable.
You can also take two (I would recommend it), you won't experience any issues, they just become more expensive.
