However, be careful! Consider the following:
If you do not want to overload your body with excessive vitamins A, D, and E, which can cause problems and health issues when in excess - if you do not need them,
prefer the other product from the company. This one only contains omega-3, EPA, and DHA, without vitamins. It has a slightly higher price.
Contains an additional synthetic form of vitamin A that is prohibited during PREGNANCY. Unfortunately, the company that imports this specific supplement in Greece has covered the ingredients with stickers that do not mention this information, resulting in me taking it during my pregnancy, believing that I am doing good for my baby. Let's hope that everything will turn out fine in the end.
Value for money. You take one capsule a day and you're good for six months, not like others where you need more. Some may be bothered by the fact that it contains a higher quantity per capsule. I've been taking it for years without any issues. It's not pure fish oil like most on the market, but it's a very good dietary supplement.
No one can know if it is really good or not, this can only be determined in laboratories (Since Lamberts is a well-known company, it must be at least average). What I can say is that the quantity is clearly the best on the market for its price. The capsules are large, so it cannot be easily compared to other fish oils.
If someone has the money, they may want to choose a 100% fish oil (like Mollers, which also contains fish oil), but I am happy with this since it is one-third of the price of 100% fish oils
As others have commented, there is an issue of regression and fatigue. I have tried other brands over the years, but this product is (at least for me) associated with stomach discomfort that lasts for hours after taking it. Therefore, I can only take a maximum of one capsule...

The swallowing of this particular capsule is a bit unpleasant, sometimes it intensifies regurgitation. Clearly, however, it is preferable to consuming an equivalent liquid.
Very reliable company and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which, in combination with vitamins A, D & E, enriched in the formula, helps in better absorption of omega-3 fatty acids and additionally enhances the body with the complex of vitamins A, D & E, which contribute to good skin health. Its smell is light to imperceptible and its taste is the same, while at the same time it is of high quality and concentration of good omega-3 fatty acids, which have been selected and placed in the formula in such a way that they have the lowest possible concentration of heavy metals (below the permissible limits of the EU). I highly recommend it!
Really good product that benefits and even immediately relieves high pressure (as far as I'm concerned). I also noticed overall improvement. The only downside is that the dosage of Omega-3 is small, although it is worth it considering its price.
I have a very sensitive stomach, resulting in indigestion from various vitamins! This specific product is completely tolerable without causing irritation, and it only requires ONE CAPSULE, not 2 or 3 like other omegas. It helps with everything as promised, including better digestion after meals!
