I replaced the iron I was taking in pill form with this, as I developed an allergy. The product does exactly the same job and personally, it always increases my hematocrit and white blood cell counts, which are low due to anemia. It has a nice taste reminiscent of orange. The only downside is that if you take 1 tablespoon a day, it runs out sooner than 30 days.
I started using it recently so I can't evaluate its performance, but I haven't noticed any side effects and it has a very good taste
Unfortunately, this product does not have the good taste it promises. My sister, who is anemic and struggles with all forms of iron, unfortunately did not succeed with it.

My favorite iron. I buy it every time. I feel a difference in fatigue and it also gives me energy. Good price and most importantly, it doesn't bother my stomach. Anything else I have tried in pill form, powder, etc. causes me discomfort.
The product, unlike other iron supplements that cause constipation, causes diarrhea resulting in a decrease in hematocrit instead of an increase, as iron stores are reduced. These happened to me and it took me a while to realize it. Once I stopped taking it, everything was fine.
After almost two years of use, I am renewing my evaluation and if I could give more stars, it would deserve them. I take 1/10 of the recommended dose daily for two years now. My condition has almost reversed (I don't want to mention which condition). I have had anemia for about 2 years. I drag myself and the day doesn't go by at all. I have crazy fatigue and sleepiness all day long. Personally, it has helped me! It is more effective than others I have tried. However, iron supplements must also match your body. What works for you may not be effective for me, and I consider this to be what has helped me may not help you as much!
Very good, I indeed felt better from the first days and I am going to buy a second bottle now. Small advice, because it is thick and not pleasant in taste, it doesn't go down easily. Very good. One of the few iron syrups allowed for very young children, with a better taste than regular iron. It's not tasty, but children drink it easily compared to other products. It also doesn't cause any stomach problems for them.

Not recommended for individuals with anemia as each dose only provides 14mg of iron. Quantities of 200-300mg are needed on a daily basis to increase hematocrit and ferritin stores. It is a good formulation for maintenance phase.
