To me it fits fine. XL with 189 height. It's not long, I would say it's a short shorts. You can tell this if you put a phone or keys in the pockets, while walking the pocket will start to show below the butt. This is my only complaint but since it's a sports shorts I guess I shouldn't complain if I decide to run with a 6.8 inch phone in the pocket.

The quality of this particular product is very low compared to other shorts from the company. It does not have a good fit. It is long in length and has a tight waist. The elastic part at the waist slips and turns downwards.
