The product is excellent and I have been using it for over 6 months daily. The capsule has a good size and is not difficult to swallow, and also has a light yellow color indicating that the fish oil is of good quality. It does not improve cholesterol levels (total and LDL), only triglycerides, because the amounts of EPA and DHA are very small, as informed by the endocrinologist.
It is the cheapest among those of MyProtein but it does not have stable availability. I take it immediately before meals because on an empty stomach it is a bit heavy and you feel nauseous. After a meal, it may not be a good idea because it competes with the absorption of fats from the food.
• Each capsule contains 1100mg of concentrated fish oil, with 700mg being omega-3 fatty acids, of which 355mg are EPA and 237mg are DHA. Generally, the percentages of EPA and DHA are the most important and deserve our attention.
• In general, omega-3 fatty acids significantly reduce triglycerides, slightly increase HDL ("good cholesterol"), and slightly reduce inflammation.
• The American Heart Association recommends a daily intake of 1000mg (EPA and DHA), so 2 capsules per day.
• The minimum daily combined amount of EPA/DHA that someone should consume is 250mg. This amount can be easily obtained through a normal serving of fish.
• The capsules have no taste or fishy smell (perhaps a very slight odor for those with an incredible sensitivity to smell). However, during digestion, it is natural to experience a fishy taste. To address this, you can take the capsule with food.
• As for athletes, a good target is 1000-2000mg of EPA/DHA in a 2:1 ratio. This corresponds to 3-4 capsules per day of this supplement.
• The price of 180 capsules (32€) is so-so. For someone who will take 3 capsules per day, the packaging will last for 60 days. Therefore, it costs about 0.50€ per day for omega-3 only! The prices for 60/120 capsules are simply unacceptable.

After Omakor (expensive though), we really have an excellent product here, it lowered my triglycerides from 300 to 150 with 2 capsules per day, excellent product.
It is difficult to digest and leaves an unpleasant taste and smell, I suppose it is not suitable for sensitive stomachs.
I have been buying this product for years, the same one from Lamberts.
You drink the capsules with water and don't chew them, so you don't come into "contact" with the smell-taste of fish oil.
As for the results? Simply fantastic!!
I haven't been taking it for a long enough time to see results, but it is a brand that I trust and the benefits of fish oil are proven, so I have no doubts.
As for this specific product, I will only say that it is very easy to swallow (maybe a little difficult for small children, but it is already mentioned that it is not suitable for children) and it has no taste or smell (logical since they are capsules). Personally, what really concerns me is a strange feeling in my stomach for a few hours after taking fish oil in liquid form, as I did for a while, something like bloating but not exactly.
This product has not caused me any discomfort at all in the few days that I have been using it, so I think I will continue to buy this one.
It has it all: 1) high content of beneficial fatty acids (EPA & DHA), 2) it is fish oil and not cod liver oil, 3) proven results in blood tests regarding triglycerides and LDL cholesterol, 4) after systematic use, you can see a difference in mood and fatigue on a daily basis, 5) it does not have an unpleasant smell after consumption (and in the end, it is fish oil, so it is reasonable to have at least a slight smell...), 6) it is Lambert's, which is a top brand in supplements, and finally, 7) it is very cost-effective that the packaging contains so many capsules.
After 1 year of continuous use, the cholesterol dropped from 235-240 to 217.
The significant decrease occurred in triglycerides, going from 300+ to 180.
I will continue taking it permanently from now on.
DOSAGE: 2 per day
A simple Omega-3. It is not the best quality on the planet, nor the worst. It is fine for a commercial product. If you want something of higher quality and more tested, then look at Nordic Naturals, which are the top Omega-3 (non-krill) worldwide. Now, whether you buy Lamberts, Seven Seas, or something from the pharmacy, it's all the same.
Odorless and tasteless. Personally, very satisfied. I take three capsules daily. After searching the market, I don't think there is any other product at this price that is better (in Greece). It is also extra filtered.
I really got this supplement as something extra. Blah, blah, blah, I know I hear it constantly from the "experts" on the internet. However, I never believe things without trying them. The supplements I have taken all my life are vitamin C and multivitamins. Both have worked in my life, but no miracles have ever happened as they promise. However, this supplement, even though I hadn't researched it, is the best I have ever taken in my life. In the second week, my energy is almost perfect from morning till night, my mood is so good that I truly feel relief constantly in my chest and a constant euphoria, not with ups and downs and not with an excessive feeling that strong vitamins give you. My sleep has become perfect. Truly perfect, my smartwatch tells me I have a score of 99/100 (it doesn't go higher) and I wake up refreshed. I don't even need coffee anymore and this is reality, I have even reduced cigarettes from 20 to 3 per day, the reason being that I no longer need external factors to raise my energy levels. I take 3-4 in the morning, 1 at noon, and sometimes 1 in the evening.
Do I recommend it? Definitely, every day. But the right question is "Is it for everyone and will it have the same results?" The answer is no because maybe I was lacking this specific thing in my body. Others may not have a deficiency, it will definitely help, it will definitely do good, and it will definitely give more energy. However, I cannot force you and tell you that you will have the exact same results. So take what I wrote for yourself with your own needs.

I cannot comment on its value as a dietary supplement because I do not have measurable results as mentioned in the other reviews. However, the following apply:
1. It is from a reputable company.
2. It has a high content of Omega-3 (360mg EPA and 240mg DHA per capsule), which practically means that one capsule per day is a satisfactory dosage.
3. Precisely because it has a high content of Omega-3, the packaging of 180 capsules may seem expensive, but it is not. At a price of 28-29€, it costs less than 5€ per month, significantly lower than other similar products with lower Omega-3 content.
4. It is 5-fold molecularly distilled, which theoretically guarantees the purity of the pills from possible heavy metals, etc.
5. The capsule may seem relatively large, but it does not create any problems when swallowing (under normal conditions).
6. They only have a smell in their container. They do not smell unpleasant at all during or after swallowing.

Very good omega-3, with high concentration of EPA & DHA, 180 capsules and at a good price! They effectively lower triglycerides and LDL!
Very good, you need to take it 15 minutes before or during a meal. Never on an empty stomach because it doesn't do anything like other vitamins. You will see the difference in blood analysis.
Top and (important) pure fish oil, not from fish liver (cod fish oil) which almost always contains toxins and heavy metals.

With diagnosed severe fatty liver and pancreas, and increased triglycerides and cholesterol despite careful diet for over 40 years, but paying for the student's indulgences, I started this product. One capsule in the morning and evening. In 3 months of repeating laboratory tests, I saw a decrease in triglycerides and cholesterol. In one year, repeat ultrasound. The fat in the pancreas disappeared and in the liver there is a little left and the laboratory results are now normal. The radiologist who was the same one who had done the ultrasound for me and remembered me, asked me how I managed it and he would also start using this product :-)
However, I emphasize not to "overindulge" in diet.

There are no capsules on the market with such a high concentration of omega-3... So if for some reason you need to take omega-3 daily, "gather them here even if they are too many"...
