I believe biotin helps more the female gender, for men I don't think it offers much except maybe some exceptions!
It has been a month since I started taking two pills a day and I can't say that I have noticed any difference. I will continue the treatment, as I have bought two packages.
I am 44 and after a health issue and two months of fasting, I lost half of my hair. It's not bald, but the skin is visible. This summer, the intense hair loss started again. I use castor oil and other oils in a mixture recommended for this case before each wash, but without any significant results. I read about this product and ordered it. I take one capsule per day. I am almost finished with the box of 90 capsules. It really does the job. I comb my hair more to massage my scalp without fearing to see hair on the comb. Not a single one falls. I don't know if you can use it continuously, but at least with a solution, I will buy it again for a month.
I have been using them for 3 weeks now and I think the first results are visible on my skin, which looks healthier and cleaner. For fragile and dry nails, it may need more time, but some nail breakage I had did not worsen during this period. I believe it does the job and will come back after 2 months.
Well, they are definitely effective! After the 3-month period I was taking them, I noticed a visible improvement in hair loss and fragile hair, as well as in fragile nails.
In 15-20 days, I saw a huge improvement in my nails. In a month and a half, I also noticed a decrease in hair loss. Additionally, it did not affect my appetite and did not impact intestinal function like similar and much more expensive products. Amazing product.

For the past 8 years, I have been experiencing hair loss, alopecia, after using a straightening cream on my head. I had no issues before this, my hair was thick and black, and my scalp was not visible at all.
I left it on for much longer than I should have, and it burned my roots, causing clumps of hair to fall out.

My current routine is:

It does what it says. My hair has grown longer, I lose less hair when combing, and I noticed that where I wanted hair removal on my hands in 20-25 days, now I want it in 12-15. I take two capsules per day, meaning 1000 mg, but I am overweight, maybe if you weigh less, one capsule is enough. Always after a meal and it did not cause me any discomfort. In the photos, you can see the second box I bought to complete a three-month period. Then I will stop and start again in about four months.
