The best iron I've ever had! I have tried newer Stirella models but none like this one!

I have had it for about 5 years. It is very good and user-friendly. Irons quickly. The only thing I could say as a negative is that it takes a while to heat up, but it's understandable, it needs its time. As for leaking water, which I read in some comments, if you let it heat up sufficiently, it doesn't leak anything! Finally, under no circumstances do we try to open the valve (e.g. to fill water) before the iron cools down completely!

Very good for the money it costs. I have had it for 4 years and it works very well. Now I ordered one for my client. She was satisfied

I am impressed by the negative comments about this product. We are super satisfied. Better than another one we have, with more bars and double the price. It has enough steam that allows you to iron perfectly. The button that releases the steam broke, I immediately found a replacement for €5 and it works like new.

With approximately 1 hour of use per week, in the first year the steam button got stuck, in the second year the valve broke, and in the third year it completely stopped working!!!
The conclusions are up to you....

I could describe them as dangerous. After a few months, it started to lose hot steam from the tap. With the steam pressure in the boiler, if the tap came off, the ceiling would be pierced. After a rubber gasket was replaced, it broke again in three months, and this happened several times.
Also, it leaks water from the holes intended for steam.
If you value your time and hands, do not buy it

It is very good from the first moment it was used. It is very good (not for professional use) according to the money that was spent. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I received it as a gift, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. Usually, you get what you pay for. Using it once a week and always with distilled water, it leaks water from the boiler and the plate (spits), making the clothes damp from the first year of use. It requires persistence to straighten the clothes (obviously due to its low steam pressure). I'm looking for another iron from a different company, this is a frustrating ironing experience!!

Very good ironing system and much better than others that have more bars. It produces a lot of steam and irons perfectly. The only flaw, if I can say so, is that the boiler does not hold much water. Simply value for money!

After 4 years of use and more than 4 washes per week, my wife informed me that it does its job wonderfully and hasn't had any issues along the way.

1) There is no possibility for water not to spill during the filling of the Boiler.
2) After 3 years and an average use of 3 hours per week, it has filled with salts (impossible to clean).
3) The water takes a long time to heat up and it is impossible to refill the Boiler at any time.

After 1.5 years and moderate use, 4-5 washes per month, it stopped producing steam and only releases water. It runs almost like a faucet. Very slow to heat water. It's a shame, but disappointing.

If it didn't release water along with the steam, it would be good for its price. The only way for it not to release water is not to fill the boiler up to the top or not to press the steam button for a long time. You get what you pay for, of course. I wouldn't buy it again. I would prefer something more expensive that does what it's supposed to do correctly.

10 days after purchase, the steam button fell off. Because I needed it, I used the button below for steam, but the water runs out very quickly and it doesn't iron even one piece of clothing. Money wasted, I definitely do not recommend it

In one and a half years, with moderate to little use, the boiler broke down as the technician said and they asked me for 70 euros. Personally, I would not recommend it

Good iron, after about a year it hasn't had any issues.
Its negatives are:
- It takes a while, from the moment you turn it on it takes about 5 minutes for the steam to be ready (so it's not convenient for quickly ironing something).
- When you add water, there is no chance it won't spill outside. Only if you have exactly the amount needed.
It does a good job, irons very quickly but I don't think I would recommend it to someone, there are better ones available.
