- The various B vitamins in large quantities, some of them may help with hair loss if you have deficiencies - but no one guarantees that this is your issue.
- Zinc in a good form (zinc citrate), and iron that can also do something for women.

- The rest here is irrelevant.. It has 400IU D3 for example, so what? It's not enough for us, we always have D3 in our basics and we supplement it ourselves. Magnesium oxide 150mg, from which we won't absorb anything.

- On the other hand, it has 17mg of iron. This alone makes it unsuitable for men for regular use, men don't need iron as a supplement, and it can become toxic for us. It is also too much for women over 50.

20 euros for these here are not worth it at all. Something else.
