Poor build quality. Awkward temperature controller. Oils enter the interior of the device instead of being poured into the drawer, due to incorrectly placed slits.

As much as it makes the perfect toast, the heating elements have burned twice, costing a total of 66€, and the switch barely stays in place.

The worst toaster ever. The product should have been withdrawn from the market from the first days. It takes too long, the thermostat is ridiculous, and in the end, it burns everything. Absolutely terrible

I consider it to be a bit slow in cooking. The build quality is terrible, especially the temperature switch. I bought it solely because I can toast 4 sandwiches at the same time. Very aesthetically pleasing. I don't think it's worth its money. I wouldn't recommend someone to buy this toaster for €55.

Very bad product. Everything sticks to the plates and they quickly become crooked, resulting in them not fitting properly. Despite the beautiful design, the plastic parts are of low quality.

I kept it for five years, using it approximately every other day. The thermostat was unbelievably bad, it broke in the first year, and the plates easily became crooked from the first few months and stuck quite easily. The side support locks were completely fake. In the end, it also broke the relay. The technician (a friend of mine) attributed the problem to the resistors and the switch. However, it lasted five years with the thermostat on full (otherwise it would take a long time) and the toast was good. The plates needed to be washed every three to four uses. The burgers didn't cook, but they heated up fine in a baking dish.

It worked for 2 months..then problems with the thermostat..I fix it and after a while it's broken again..such a waste of money..

I encountered many problems with the thermostat and the plates.
I took it to the service center, but even after 2 months of getting it back, it had the same behavior.

Visually impeccable.
Unfortunately, that's the only thing it excels at!
It takes too long to toast simple sandwiches, and the plastic parts are cheap.
The power switch is even worse than what the Chinese make!
Stay away from it!!!

Relatively good toaster. In the positive aspects, the design, the tray for crumbs it has underneath, and the plates that are very easy to clean. In the negative aspects, it doesn't toast as quickly (compared to an older Delonghi toaster I had) and the fake plastic parts. The two locks it has on the right and left for vertical storage broke on the first day.
