The worst company in blood pressure monitors!! They break in the first week of use and then good luck finding a solution with the service!! I would never buy again!!

Owner of this particular product for 5 years, at some point it developed a fault. I sent it to the dealership and after a few days, a package arrived with a new blood pressure monitor with a cuff, charged at 0.01 cents and the courier paid by them. I was amazed, a big big bravo to KARABINIS MEDICAL. I wish everyone in Greece had the same responsibility, sincerely a big bravo. As for the product, it is very reliable, it has a sensitivity regarding its cuff, but this happens with all brands. PS, I have no affiliation with the importing company if your mind goes there, I am simply writing to reward their behavior

In one week, I changed 2 identical blood pressure monitors. And in both, the cuff was defective. It wouldn't inflate and showed error 3. According to the manual, error 3 indicates a leak in the cuff.

As a blood pressure monitor, it is good. However, at this price, to have such a poor cuff, I find it unacceptable. It did not fit well very soon, and it also broke completely soon after! The air chamber probably got punctured. Fortunately, with half the price of the genuine replacement that costs around 15-20 euros, you can get a universal cuff and do your job.

I bought it in 12/2016! Microlife afib pc! With moderate measurements, both me and my spouse periodically, reliable!!!
However, the wear of the cuff is unjustifiable, which is also quite expensive! I mean, it costs 20€ from the dealership!! and without it, measurement is not possible! The warranty for the cuff is 2 years!!! Which means that it wears out very easily, and it should have been more economical!!

The first year, the first damage occurred. From the dealership, where I sent it, they informed me that the problem was in the bracelet and it is not covered by the warranty. They returned it with a new bracelet (cost 20 euros). After 3.5 years (last week, to be exact), it presented another damage to the mechanism this time. That's it. (and I bought another one)

I had it for over 2 years. It stopped inflating, it showed deviations but based on the pressure I felt many times, the deviation was not justified in a repeated measurement. However, it did not show crazy deviations but small ones. The pulses were always correct as in a physical classical measurement. I consider it a relatively good product in terms of its measurements, but based on the price it has now, I will not buy it again because it is very expensive. I had bought it back then with shipping for about 40-45 euros

Although I had it for 6 years, it had zero usage. Now that I needed it, it didn't work (even with new batteries). After testing with other blood pressure monitors, I realized that both the cuff and the monitor were broken.

Purchased on 11.01.2014. Together with the transformer it had cost €100.30. Now you can find it much cheaper. So far it has only been used occasionally, a total of no more than 120 times in 6 years. I have no comment on the reliability of the measurements, so far they seemed reasonable. However, recently it has presented a problem and although the motor is working (the noise can be heard from inside), it does not inflate the cuff above 20mmHg. As a result, it does not function. For a total of 120 uses, it is unacceptable for it to have a problem so quickly and break down. According to the representative's website, the blood pressure monitor has a 10-year warranty. I have contacted them and am waiting for a response regarding the repair.

It is the first blood pressure monitor I have purchased, so I don't have a point of comparison. The measurements seem good to me, but again, I don't have another one to speak about accuracy. It has some functions, such as automatically taking 3 measurements and giving you the practical result. Easy and simple to use. Pay attention to the height at which you place it on your arm. It plays a significant role in the measurement. Overall, it is good.

I bought it for AFIB at 70€, using it 3-4 times at most per year. Sometimes we are puzzled by the measurements, careful storage, it takes 4 AAA batteries that easily run out and need to be replaced. In the 6th year, it broke and doesn't inflate the cuff - so when I need it, I don't have it... Cost, inconvenience, and waste of time! My pharmacist told me that he always used to bring these, but now they return a lot. The decision is yours.

This is a fairly high-quality blood pressure monitor for its price (when we are talking about branded products). Accurate measurements and the ability to connect to a PC for transferring the measurements to the corresponding Microlife application. It is not difficult to connect, as long as you are familiar with such actions, especially for the first time you connect it. More or less, we all have someone to help us if we have difficulty. As others have written, it is definitely more economical to use it with a transformer, which is not provided in the package. And here comes the clue...

If you are considering buying BOTH a blood pressure monitor AND a transformer (about 25 euros), it is worth buying the BP A6 BT, which includes the transformer and has the additional Bluetooth function, and it is only 20 euros more expensive. You get more for 5 euros less. I hope I helped.

Particularly user-friendly and accurate, at a reasonable price with a 10-year warranty. I chose it because of its ability to take 3 consecutive measurements and display the average, which increases the accuracy of the measurement.

I recommend purchasing the transformer so that you don't have to constantly use batteries. Excellent quality and good connectivity with the PC for fast downloading of measurements. Compatible with the 'mother' application (microlife) and with the application of the portal https://www.hdcorner.gr/ where it sends the measurements through the PC.

In the positives: 1. Communication with the computer using the appropriate software. 2. Convenient cuff that is easy to put on. 3. Can store 2 different users in memory. 4. Easy to use with large buttons.
In the negatives: 1. The cuff broke after 3 years of light use (maximum of 3 measurements per week). The cost is minimal at 22 euros, and it is currently not available according to the supplier due to shortage, so the blood pressure monitor is currently useless!!
After contacting Microlife, the blood pressure monitor was sent to the authorized service center and the cuff was replaced at a cost of 20 euros.
After another year, the cuff broke again and a replacement was found at a cost of approximately 20 euros. It seems that every 2-3 years, depending on usage, it breaks. Compared to a new OMRON, it shows systolic pressure 5-10 higher (I use the triple measurement)

Accurate measurements, easy to handle, practical size, takes a little time to "inflate" but it has such compact dimensions that I consider it reasonable!!
Some people say that at first it gave me such a reading, but after a while it had a deviation, it's logical, if you measure your blood pressure continuously for 24 hours, each time it will give a different value!!
The machine works perfectly and can be connected to a computer....
On the negative side, I will say that it no longer comes with the power adapter....we will have to buy it separately...

The bad thing is not that I paid 85 euros for the best, it's not that it measures wrong or gives an error. The ugly thing is that a) the service first reacted that the device was broken and I probably dropped it on the floor, b) that a 3-day-old device was not replaced, c) that everything was working fine and calibrated. Now why out of 3 measurements, I have one with a small pressure of 10 and a large one of 11.4, and the other two give an error..

It gives measurements that are all over the place. One minute it's 150/90, and after two minutes it's 120/78. And it's not just the specific device that I have (or so I thought), but the other one that my relative has is exactly the same. Money wasted

It cannot give measurements (average of 3 measurements) at one moment 15.0 - 8.5 - 88 and then exactly 2 minutes later be 12.5 - 7.5 - 102!!! It cannot give some values at one moment and immediately after the doctor with the traditional manometer gives me values with a deviation of 20%!!! It's a waste! It's not the retailers' fault but the product.... I threw away about 60 Euros.
