• Place one "flap" inside each nostril, applying it towards the upper part of the nose (cartilage) and then place the Nozovent – pressing the flaps – in such a position that the large balls face downwards, towards the tip of the nose (nostrils). 
• Carefully pull the intermediate part that is outside the nose to ensure that the Nozovent is correctly positioned.
