The connection with the iPhone is immediate, I have no problem, the speakers are quite bad,
you only hear highs, the bass
does not even exist as an idea... whatever increases the volume I don't think it does .... (I wear it on a Shoei GT Air 2 helmet) ...... the quality as construction is good and does not feel cheap, in calls no one has complained that they can't hear me... if it had better speakers I believe it would be the best value for money...

Very powerful and clear sound! Its battery is amazing, it never seems to run out. It is one of the best intercoms, in my opinion, at this price.

Controversial product! The speakers are of poor quality and hurt the ears! The Bluetooth unit does not connect easily! I think it is an overpriced product, there are better Bluetooth options available for the same price. Finally, after about 15 daily uses, the battery is good! The sound is quite good, the caller does not hear noise! Finally, the Cardo app is helpful.

I have had this device for almost 3 years and I have decided to share my opinion in order to inform potential buyers.

1) Communication with the passenger:
It is decent, but the quality is not the best. Maybe you should go for the HD option if you can cover the extra cost. There is a slight delay, which you will notice when the motorcycle is not moving, for example at a traffic light, and this might be somewhat annoying.
2) Phone calls:
The person you are talking to can hear you clearly and loudly, and they cannot hear external noises such as wind or passing vehicles. However, sometimes the calls get interrupted and then end after a while. This happens in very specific areas in the center of Athens, such as the intersection of Alexandras Avenue and Kifisias Avenue, and Oulof Palme (continues to Ymittos) with Eufroniou Street. Most likely, the antennas affect the device's and smartphone's functions.
3) Recorded messages on applications like Viber, Messenger, etc.:
For some reason, only a loud noise is heard, which overwhelms the recipient of the recorded message, and nothing of what you say can be heard. This ultimately happens because it does not capture the intercom microphone, but the mobile phone's microphone. I have not yet managed to find a solution to this issue.
4) Music & Podcasts:
If you choose to listen to online content while driving, it would be good to have downloaded the file beforehand, if this is possible. The same applies to phone calls.
5) Battery:
It lasts quite a long time and charges relatively quickly.
6) Waterproofing:
It is indeed waterproof; I have used it many times in heavy rain and never encountered any problems.
7) Packaging:
My intercom package was missing one of the two Velcro stickers that are required to place the microphone. So, I cut the sticker in half to achieve proper placement. In the second intercom that we bought for the passenger, there was no shortage.
