Very tight fit and small size, instead of 41 it should fit a size 39 foot. It's a shame that Tamaris no longer produces the shoes they used to, which used to embrace the foot and size 41 was wide, comfortable, and bigger than the regular 41. The specific shoes they produce now are small and do not correspond to the stated size. I have tried various ones and have been disappointed.
