Unfortunately, like other comments above, I also suffer from these random static noises. And besides this problem, it's not just that it can be tolerated, it's generally that you can hear distorted sounds, as if someone is tampering with your visa at that moment. Also, ONLY when the microphone is being used (i.e., Discord, generally voice chat), there is an extra static sound, more like a buzz than the earcap, which is the microphone. As soon as you stop using the microphone (i.e., you exit Discord), it stops.
And before the sound nerds say "what is this nonsense," I should mention that it has been checked on 2 other PCs, and it has the same problems + all the settings have also been checked by a sound engineer, so frequencies, channels are as they should be.
Years of being a Razer fan, I have the first Kraken Pro since middle school while I'm 23 now, and it's sad how it turned out.
I have them in my possession for about 2 months unfortunately they make some random noises from time to time and from what I have researched it is mainly an issue with the headphones, I have not encountered a faulty device it is a factory problem. The only positive thing is that they are quite comfortable after hours.
Many models of this series have issues with random sounds occurring at regular intervals. Unfortunately, my model also does this. Razer cannot release a software update to fix it as it is a hardware issue. Razer's quality control has deteriorated badly.
