Personally, it did nothing for me. It was like I wasn't taking it at all. I didn't see any difference in my metabolism, which was the main reason I bought it. I forced myself to consume the entire box so it wouldn't go to waste. I wouldn't buy it again...
Although I frequently purchase products from this specific company, these particular ones did not help me much with my sensitive stomach. I have tried other Greek probiotics that are much more effective, even though they are more affordable.

Second time I try a solgar product and it created the opposite results from what is recommended. In this particular case, it caused fungal infection and bloating in the intestine to the point where it hurts, even though I took it as a preventive measure for better immune system. Disgusting!!
