Good morning guys, the new consoles that the stores brought have all software issues. They have a major problem with the speed and fade potentiometers. I ordered from 4 different stores and they all have the same problem. I sent them back and tried to explain the issue to over 15 stores over the phone and tell them what to do to see if they have the console with the problem, but they all ignored me. They simply don't care, all they want is to sell. I was really impressed by their indifference

I have it for 1 month, it has all the basic functions, the timers and faders are a bit incorrectly distributed in the final speeds but for the money it costs, it's worth it, clearly intended for household use, easy to program, comes with a power supply and an English manual, it has one output and can definitely work with 10 bulbs. I recommend it.

Four stars out of five because the power supply was faulty and after a few minutes it would turn off and not turn back on. Luckily, I had another one and it saved me from having to send it back. Other than that, it does everything it promises, faithfully copying a well-known brand
