I have taken them out of the box for about half an hour or more, but there is no software to recognize them from Sparta Gear. The software for the Phoenix 1 does not recognize them, so I cannot use them as 7.1 surround sound. Also, because the connection is USB, it does not appear in the Realtek settings (and to preempt, no, my PC is not outdated - MB Z490 Aorus). When I started playing them, the left speaker played louder than the right with a noticeable difference. If the plug connected to the USB adapter is moved slightly, it creates interference and cuts off the sound. The microphone does not have noise isolation and there is static. All of this without software, as I mentioned before. I don't know if Spartan will respond and provide a solution. If they do, I will update.

Update: I spoke with the company and they told me that obviously it is a defective product, but there is no software for the Phoenix 2, so the 7.1 will never work. I returned the product to the store and I am waiting for an inspection in order to get a refund, even though I returned it on the same day. It was a hassle for something that I just wanted to support a Greek company and didn't go straight to Razer
