Made from the best quality iron. Specially treated iron with low carbon content is used.
Less carbon ensures the optimal "marriage" between iron and enamel through electrostatic painting, baked at temperatures above 800 °C.
The bowl and lid of the Compact Kettle 47cm are coated with black porcelain enamel, which helps retain heat and gives it durability. It is equipped with a heavy-duty steel fuel grate for more efficient grilling and longevity, a briquette measuring container, while a metal grate has been placed at the base of the grill for storing fuel. Its 2 wheels will help you move the cooking to the heart of the fun!
It features a bin and lid with heat-resistant fiberglass handles for safer handling and an internal hook on the lid so you can hang it and make your cooking even easier. The rust-resistant aluminum vent will allow you to maintain control of the temperature inside your grill, so you can cook easily and effectively, like a professional.
With direct cooking, the food is placed directly over the coals. Always grill with the lid closed and turn the food only once during cooking. By cooking with the lid closed, you avoid sparks and provide even heat distribution to protect the natural flavors of all types of food. Use direct cooking for sausages, steaks, kebabs, vegetables, fish fillets, and other foods that require less than 25 minutes of cooking.
In indirect cooking, the charcoal is placed on both sides of the barbecue. With the lid closed, the heat rises and reflects evenly all around the food (it is the same technique as a convection oven). The Weber barbecue does the work and you enjoy the food. Use the indirect cooking method for meats such as ham, roasts, steaks, chickens, turkeys, whole fish, and even cakes and breads.

Very convenient grill. Not too big nor too small. You can easily grill for 4 people either with indirect fire or direct. With a couple of additions, it becomes excellent. For example, I added a thermometer and instead of the ash plate it has, I placed a 20 by 14 ash bucket so that the ash falls inside the bucket and the wind does not blow it outside.
