It worked exactly ONCE. It cut a branch and then it didn't cut anything else!!! The chain was spinning but it didn't cut ANYTHING!!!

After the third or fourth use, where each use was less than 15-20 minutes, it started to create a problem of not stopping even though you turn off the switch and eventually the motor started smoking and smelling

For now, 2 stars because it turns upside down and you have to cut the branch from bottom to top! I don't know what's wrong. The gear turns clockwise, causing the chain to turn from bottom to top and it has to be put upside down to cut. However, it is very difficult to handle this way. I will contact the store to ask them if it is designed like this (which I don't think because it shows it correctly in the photos) or if it needs to be returned...
I will come back.

8-2-2022: The product was replaced. However, it is not exactly the same but similar. I kept it because I didn't feel like dealing with more delays. It is not as powerful as the first one, but it does the job.
