    Why buy omega-3 from flaxseed instead of fish oil? Maybe because you are vegan or vegetarian. So you buy it and then you see on the packaging that the gelatin of the capsule's coating is from bovine sources.
    Vegans, vegetarians, don't make the same mistake as me, this product is NOT for vegans or vegetarians. It doesn't explicitly state that it is, so don't be deceived by the fact that it is made from flaxseed.
