After a long period of use, I can confidently say that it does what it promises. I suffer from fatigue due to the anemia I have, and this particular product makes you feel refreshed and energetic to a great extent. I did notice an issue with sleep, though, as while using it, I wake up multiple times at night feeling overstimulated. I'm not sure if it's related to this, though.
To not be unfair, I don't know if it does what it promises because I didn't follow the recommended dosage. It is too expensive to conduct a proper test.
It definitely does what it promises, I have seen a significant difference in stress. The only negative aspect is that for the first 2-3 days it gives you a strong headache, which then subsides. I read that it is not advisable to take it for a long time, maximum 3 months, as there are no studies on long-term use and its effects. So, I will finish the bottle and provide an update on how long it continues to help with anxiety.

I had stopped taking it for 3 years and started again a week ago, I take it immediately after breakfast. I can confirm the positive effects of reducing fatigue throughout the day without changing anything in my routine, and additionally reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality. I noticed that while the pressure in my daily life did not decrease, the way my body manages stress has improved, for example, I noticed that my heart rate remains low in unexpected situations that arise, such as at work, whereas before I used to experience palpitations. It does what it says in the description, it brings balance to your body.

I read in studies that it is good to take a break after 2 months for 2 weeks. The reason is that during this 2-week period, you have the opportunity to "listen" to your body and see if you still need to take it. For example, if symptoms of fatigue, anxiety, etc. return, then you know that you need it and continue taking it. Personally, I am on the first break and some symptoms have already returned, so I know that I need to continue taking it after the break.
