He reaches out towards her. His fingers are black and bloody. His eyes are wild, wide open. Janie is paralyzed. Her father's cold hands wrap around her neck and squeeze tightly, tighter and tighter, until Janie can no longer breathe. She can't move. She can't think. She is forced to let her own father kill her. His hands tighten even more around her neck and Henry's face becomes sickly pale. He squeezes her even harder and begins to tremble.
Janie dies.
