I have had them for a week and the volume on my headphones seemed very low... but then I went to the Bluetooth settings and synchronized the sound volume with my phone and the volume changed incredibly.... and everything is perfect...
I had difficulty connecting both earphones when I bought them. Initially, only one was working. The problem occasionally reoccurs. Often, even when the earphones are in the charged case, they do not disconnect from the phone (Xiaomi). So when a call comes in, I have to either rush to the case and take out the earphone from there or change the way I answer after the call is answered. Overall, their connectivity is nowhere near the level it should be.
This is a very commendable product. Clean sound, comfortable fit, and easy connection to the device. I highly recommend it due to its quality-price ratio.

They don't fit well in the ear. Every time I always feel like they might fall out. Also, they don't have good sound intensity. Consider that I have the volume at maximum when I walk and I can't hear well. Additionally, they don't have bass. There are better headphones at the same price.
Very good headphones but they need attention because they don't work, I had to return a pair. Otherwise, very good headphones
After many returns of defective, possibly refurbished from China, products, I finally found a functional pair of headphones and a charging case. As soon as I opened it, I removed the stickers and placed the headphones back in the case, they connected automatically through the pop-up window!! Insane battery life but vulnerable to dropping (not due to poor application, but due to mishandling). Great value for money headphones and stylish. The only ones with in-ear sensors...... They are worth it!!
After having bought them more than 4 times over the years, I think it's time to evaluate them. If you find them for around 20 euros, they are very decent headphones. In all cases, after 7 months of daily use, they had a problem (low volume or difficulty connecting or disconnecting). I believe that for the 30 euros they are sold in stores, you can find something slightly better! A good choice for a second pair!
Very low sound intensity, you don't enjoy the experience of listening to music outside, you can hear everything around you.
I have had them for over a year and they are quite good quality without any problems. So I decided to buy another one. The new ones I bought would charge the battery to 100% and as soon as I take them out, it would drop to 0%. I replaced them and the second ones did the same thing. I tried getting a third pair and they wouldn't synchronize. Maybe I got a faulty batch, but I won't choose them again.
I tried them a month ago and suddenly, after light use, the right earphone with a full case charge would only charge up to 70% and then would turn off after 5 minutes, while the other one was working fine. Also, from the day I got them and used the left earphone for the first time, it had lower sound volume compared to the right one. Overall, I do not recommend anyone to buy them, it's a waste of money.
I bought them from an online store on 10/10/2023. One month later, the volume drops in the left earphone and overall the sound quality for music is terrible. On the positive side, they fit well in the ear and have a nice design
I have had these headphones for a year. Back then, I bought them for 40€ but I believe it is the best headphone purchase I have made. They have very good sound quality (those coming from headphones with cushions may take some time to get used to it) and if you put them in your ear according to the manual, you will see that they do not fall out and sound better. In one year of use, I have to say that they have never decreased in volume, and I use them for many hours a day (the battery is satisfactory, I have to say that here), even while sleeping and the headphones withstand it. However, the problems started last month, as the volume on the left decreased and one speaker on the right burned out (at least I think so) and the battery runs out half an hour earlier than the other. Despite all this, these headphones are "dogs," full value for money, especially at their current price (around 25€). You will hardly find similar build and sound quality at this price, even in older models. I highly recommend them without hesitation!
Waste of money. And from what I see from the reviews, many agree with me. They don't have intensity and especially outdoors (especially on the road) you can't hear anything due to the noise. Additionally, you can't hear the speakers well, it's like being meters away from the microphone. It really doesn't deserve at all as a product. It's a shame for Xiaomi
The sound quality was good but the volume was terribly low. After 2 months, I couldn't hear anything. I do not recommend it.
Unfortunately, I expected better sound quality and volume, but it didn't provide it to me, especially when I am outside their house in outdoor spaces, cars, buses, or during speeches. I could never hear the music or the conversation well on phone calls
Very nice headphones, of course they are not suitable for talking on the phone but they will save your hands indoors. They don't work well in noisy environments, outdoors, etc. You can't find cases, they don't sound good, they have interruptions. They are not worth the effort or the money
I have bought 2 pairs within a year (the second one was a replacement) and this is because my first one broke after only six months of light use. (The right one stopped playing, the volume was very low, and the left one as well). Now, even the second pair broke completely on the third month! I mainly use them at the gym and it seems that sweat might be the cause of their malfunction, so I don't know if they are truly water-resistant. But still, it's not justified...
Perfect but after a while the headphones don't sound loud at all, I mean if you're on the bus you won't hear almost anything, so don't get them, get the pro ones for example
It is the 2nd time I am getting them. The 1st time I hadn't encountered any problem, on the contrary, they started to have limited efficiency after 6-7 months. As for these, from the moment I got them, the left earphone was dysfunctional, meaning I had to put it in its case for a while to charge. And now, after two weeks, the same thing happened with the right earphone. Unfortunately, I have thrown away the warranty.
The battery of the right earphone runs out in half the time that the left one does, meaning with only two hours of usage. They don't clean at all, the volume is very low, and the microphone never worked.
They were not worth their money, very low intensity in the music and to fix this, it requires an extra application that ruins the sound resolution
After daily use for 4 months, the left earphone plays at 15% of the initial volume. Also, many times the case does not recognize that the earphones are inside it, resulting in them remaining connected to the listening device and not charging.
Excellent build and sound quality. The battery lasts for several hours. They resemble the earpods from @pple, but they are bulkier.
Very low sound, in terms of construction they are quite good, they have been washed in the washing machine and apart from falls they don't suffer anything. The issue is that they don't fit well and you can't hear so loudly and there is no insulation. However, their lifespan was barely a year.
One of the positive aspects that impressed me about the Redmi Buds 3 is that they fit well in the ear compared to other earbuds from different companies that require screwing in like earplugs, giving you that awful feeling of your ears being blocked. They last for several hours and charge even faster with the type C. Additionally, they have a compact design, so they can withstand drops and bumps on the floor and asphalt, both the case and the earbuds.
As for the negatives, if you bend down with these Xiaomi earbuds, they sometimes fall out, but fortunately not while jogging. Another negative point is that the volume is not sufficient when you are on the subway and the train is at maximum speed, so you miss out on the sound for about 20 seconds, no matter how loud the volume is. Perhaps this happens with all earbuds though. Another issue is that sometimes one of the earbuds gets disconnected, and you have to put both of them back in the case and reconnect them via Bluetooth to fix it. In general, to establish a Bluetooth connection, you definitely need to pair them (put them in the case for broadcasting), and they don't automatically connect easily as soon as you take them out.
I give them 5 stars despite the mentioned issues because considering their cost, I believe Xiaomi does not deceive.
The worst thing to waste your money on. I wonder how Xiaomi can possibly produce such a disgusting product. The microphone doesn't work, the person you're talking to hears you as if you have your phone on a loudspeaker and you're speaking from 4 meters away. We're not talking about sound quality or anything else. It's a Bluetooth handsfree and THEY CAN'T HEAR YOU! Seriously, guys, get something else.
Bought 6 months ago, I got them just because I got tired of spending 50-60 for supposedly reliable headphones that break quickly. Well, as for the headphones, they are compatible with my phone because I have the Mi 11, so they connect in seconds. Their volume is very good for the price they have. As for the conversation, I had them in my ears for an hour and a half yesterday and they didn't give me any trouble, and I didn't even realize I had headphones on. The battery is good, I don't even remember when I charge them. Very reliable headphones, and if you have a Xiaomi phone, even better
The headphones are quite mediocre to bad.. After a few months, the volume (which was initially low) has dropped significantly. I would not recommend them

The solution for INCREDIBLE SOUND, protection from falls, excellent fit, and prevention of speaker blockage is the plastic cases. They are very cheap, I bought 2 pairs for 2-3 euros from a hardware store, and they make the earphones in-ear. Otherwise, they slip, don't fit perfectly, and gradually the speakers get dirty. Look for silicone covers for airpods. They offer the perfect fit and protection for these earphones. I find the earpods excellent, I've had them for 13 months but I use them moderately. Excellent sound and bass (with the covers), endless battery life, comfort. They are truly value for money at 30 euros. You will remember me.
I made my first purchase around June 2022. The sound was relatively average but okay... After 4 months, the left earphone broke. I took it to the service center and after inspection, they replaced it for me. I got the new earphones (the same ones) and after 3 months, they broke again. When the service center mentioned replacement again, I didn't get the same ones. I paid the difference and bought Razer earphones in hopes of avoiding any further issues. I wouldn't buy the same ones again, even though they were very comfortable in the ears.
