I am very satisfied. Besides the appearance which is clearly subjective, the materials and the overall construction seem to be of high quality. It is fast in making coffee, has a large carafe, while the built-in filter that comes out easily and is easy to clean is very practical.

Very quickly the time for making coffee started to increase. Now, it takes 20 minutes for three cups of coffee, no matter how much you use the special descaling liquids. I would never buy it again!

One star for the appearance only. I have been drinking the same brand of filter coffee for 25 years. The result is so bad, not even in devices that cost 10 euros. The built-in filter allows the water to escape too quickly, resulting in not making coffee but hot water with a brown color. I tried adding a lot more coffee, but the result didn't change. I don't use it at all. It was given to me as a gift, but I would never buy one with a built-in filter.

It makes coffee quickly, but after 1.5 months of use, it started leaking water from the bottom and stopped working altogether.... What a shame!

I used the coffee maker for only 2 months and the heating element that warms the pot rusted. I contacted Morris, who claimed it was due to improper use and not a defect in their device, even though they offer a 3-year warranty. I sent it to them for repair since they wouldn't replace it, and suddenly the coffee maker was returned to me with a broken lid (definitely not like that when I packaged it!!!!!) and they didn't have the exact same replacement part to give me, instead offering to replace it at a cost as if I were buying a new one. Needless to say, it is a useless product and I will not choose this company again! My previous Bosch coffee maker is still functional and looks like I bought it yesterday, even though I've had it for at least 3 years! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM MORRIS!

It has a nice design and looks beautiful, but: the water container is integrated and located right behind the filter, where the upright lid prevents you from pouring the water correctly. You have to be very careful otherwise water will spill everywhere. It is also very difficult to clean the bottom since it does not detach. As if that wasn't enough, when you lift the lid, water drips everywhere from the steam, while the filter popped out in the first coffee as it turned... brown. Ultimately, its appearance is more valuable than its function as a coffee maker.

For now, it seems good. The water flow is very good. It doesn't drip when you take out the pitcher or when we serve the coffee. We will see if it will last.
