I have been taking them for 5 years now... They generally do the job, but don't expect a "pill" to make you happy. You need to work a little on yourself and find hobbies and activities that fulfill you. Overall, if you have issues with mood swings, it helps to keep your psychology at neutral levels and with fewer mood swings. Last year, I tried to stop taking them since I had found a rhythm in my life and I was generally in a good mental state, but after a month for no reason, I started experiencing unexplained mood swings without realizing that it was because I had stopped taking them. It seems like I have to take them forever, and unfortunately, they are quite expensive.
With one capsule a day, you need 4 bottles a year, which is around 130 euros.

I bought the box with the 90 capsules for the first time. I was experiencing difficulty sleeping due to anxiety, and this specific product helped me a lot in being able to sleep through the nights without interruption, to relax quite a bit during the day, and overall, my mood has been much better than before. I have been using it for 3 months now, I will stop for 1 month and then continue with the next box for another 3 months. I am very satisfied and I have seen a significant difference in myself (although I don't have experience with other products). One negative aspect is that sometimes, besides energy, I had more irritability than usual. If someone has similar problems (lack of sleep, mood, optimism), it is a mild pill that does the job.

I have ADHD and recently went through a period where, after several years, I was stuck being able to only do the most basic needs. Going to work, going shopping, driving.
