Take it with your eyes closed and don't look elsewhere... I had a health issue and my B12 levels were constantly dropping from 450, so I started taking B complex capsules at first... After a while, I measured it again and it had dropped to 292. Then I tried a B12 spray that supposedly gives you good amounts, especially sublingually, from a well-known company... A few days later, my B12 levels dropped to 232... As a last attempt, I tried Solgar's product and in 10 days it reached 792 with 2 ml daily... I can't believe it... See the dates for yourself. Personally, I like the taste... I saw comments that some people just swallow it immediately or put it in juice... They probably missed the fact that they bought a sublingual form of vitamin... P.S. In the latest tests, as you will see, there is an excess of vitamin B6, but I don't know if it's Solgar's fault because it's the first time I've measured it... Either way, it needs a little caution
Attention, it gave me an allergy. The first time I tried it, after 5 minutes I had a rapid heartbeat and a strong cough. I immediately contacted my doctor and took an allergy pill as he recommended. Before trying it, make sure it doesn't contain any ingredient that may cause an allergic reaction.

After my examinations, following a minor stroke, it was found that my B12 levels were very low, specifically at 150. For two months, I was taking pills and for the past 10 days, I have been trying this specific Solgar product. With the pill, it increased to 200 and with the liquid form, it skyrocketed to 350. Just bought it.. The taste is awful.. I can't drink it plain and I have to mix it with juice.

I find its taste wonderful and I would actually prefer not to let it sit under my tongue to be absorbed, but to be able to swallow it normally so that I can taste it better.
Exactly one month after taking 142 of b12, it reached 492. I was taking 2ml daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
I never expected it to do such a good job. With 1.5 bottles = 3 months, my B12 went from 130 to 550. Now I have it for maintenance. When I did tests and found it to be very low, an older doctor recommended injections for quick increase, while a younger one preferred oral use to see if there is an absorption problem by the body.
An excellent product for anyone with a severe B12 deficiency, it also includes B9 and other B vitamins that work synergistically. When you open the container, press the top of the dropper to absorb the 1mL quantity. On the dropper column, there is a line indicating when it reaches 1mL. If you don't want that much, you can adjust the quantity visually based on the length of the column that the liquid will reach upon absorption. The taste may seem strange at first, but you will get used to it and like it in the following uses. It's something like strawberry, but not exactly. With 1mL per day (2mg B12), the container lasts for 59 days.

I have been buying this specific supplement for the last 5 years and every time I see amazing results in my exams. Personally, I prefer it because it is much easier to swallow compared to pills that leave a heavy feeling in my throat, but it takes some time to get used to its taste and smell.
