    The only sure thing is that it does a tremendous job on the hair, my head is filled with sprouts and they don't fall like they used to. Something else I noticed is that I don't get tired easily, I have a little more energy. I've been taking them for 2 months so far. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The only negative is the awful taste of it.
