  I bought it because of the excessive good reviews. I threw it away in 10 days.
  The belt causes sweating, however the material is poor, deteriorates quickly and these are not the bad news.
  When you wash it, and I mean by hand with lukewarm water and soap, it releases thousands of particles that swirl in the water to the point of changing color. They come from the neoprene it is made of and are the known microplastics. All this plastic ends up in the sea and the fish eat it unwittingly.
  I would kindly ask you to consider another belt not made of neoprene.

  Very good belt.. I bought the large size 120cm in the summer. I wore it every day at work. Along with a diet, I lost quite a few pounds. When the belt feels too big after months, instead of replacing it with a smaller one, I simply cut it 10 inches. I recommend it ;)

The following week, it was completely destroyed and had holes almost throughout its length. It should be noted that I washed it daily in the sink with cold water and a little hand soap. The most likely scenario for me is that they changed the construction with lower quality materials. The belt ended up in the trash.
