We bought it in January and since April it has stopped working properly. We want it replaced but we can't find a way to contact Hellas Gadgets anywhere!

Very easy to use. The only negative thing is that its battery runs out very quickly with very little daily use. Every three days I have to charge the monitor, which I use for two hours a day.

The battery has broken within 4 months of use, you need to have it plugged in permanently otherwise it turns off. Not good range at all, constantly freezing. It has several features on it but none of them work properly.

It is functional and has the important advantage of the movable lens.
The construction is not so durable, that's why I give it 4 stars.

Very good camera and easy to use! If you need to leave the baby alone for a while doing chores or to monitor him while he sleeps, using this camera offers clear image with zoom and rotation, as well as lullabies and intercom.
The only negative is that it does not pick up all sounds, mainly low volume, but this does not create a serious problem, as using the camera does not replace human presence. Value for money in any case!

I have it for 1.5 years with daily use, mainly in the evening hours! All its functions respond very well!!!
And in a house over 100sqm, no connection or operation problems in general

It worked very well for five months. After the five-month mark, the microphone of the device broke and instead of hearing the baby, we only hear static. It is definitely not worth the money we paid for it (80€).

Good device in all aspects except for the sound!!!! At first, it sounded somewhat unsatisfactory and two weeks after the purchase, it doesn't sound at all! Disappointing!!!! It's a shame because both the range and the image are satisfactory. It's a waste of money. I regret not buying a more reliable one!!

We have the camera here for about a month now and we are very satisfied! The image is very good even in night mode and although we have placed it on the dresser next to the crib, we can see well if the baby is sleeping or playing. The sound captures his voice immediately as soon as he wakes up before he even starts crying. It is also very helpful that we can rotate it from the monitor right and left and up and down, because we are transitioning from our room to his and we move it from the crib to the bassinet, so we adjust it afterwards without disturbing him! The signal sometimes seems to be lost but it immediately comes back without causing any problem. It could of course be a bit more economical, but I consider it a good purchase!

Very good camera with good responsiveness. The 360° rotation is very useful and the image quality is very good even in complete darkness.

A black disaster!!! It's only good for having it on the nightstand and just looking at the child sleeping in the crib, just so you don't have to get up from the pillow. Money wasted.

We bought this intercom for use within the apartment. It has a clear image both in natural light and in night mode. The sound is very clear and the melodies are a very useful function for soothing the baby. The monitor is very user-friendly and it is very convenient that you can move the screen with the arrows and see the area around where the baby is located. We won't need the two-way communication because our baby gets scared. It is somewhat strange to hear a voice in stereo in the room. I am deducting one star because sometimes it loses its signal and I believe that is not justified in an old 80sqm house where the insulation is generally not good. Overall, however, we are satisfied and it is a good purchase for the 83 euros we paid.

As a monitor, it is quite good. The image is also good in night mode. But the battery, after 3 months of use, does not hold at all. It doesn't even charge when I plug it in for hours. It has been like this from the beginning. Also, there are days when the signal is constantly lost while the camera is in the next room.

After a few months, the monitor broke. It's garbage!

The intercom has a very good range (it reaches from the basement to the 1st floor) except for a few points. Its use is very easy. For now (now that I have used it), everything is good.

I have no complaints so far. I consider the image and sound quality to be very good. The rotating camera is very useful. I have already recommended it to others.

Positive:

The battery is quite good, with night mode it can last up to 12 hours, if continuously open it can last up to 3.5 hours.
Its range is very good as the house is quite large with many intermediate walls and it has not "betrayed" us anywhere so far.
The night mode is helpful because it doesn't disturb the screen light at night during sleep, but the image only opens with sound and not with motion.
The camera rotates.
