Although beautiful and practical, it stops working when water gets into the contacts, something impossible not to happen, given that they are in the container where the water goes. A major manufacturing flaw and you can't call it a cheap water dispenser. I have already bought a second one and I just tremble at the moment it stops working. Also, the filters need to be changed every month and they cost about 10€ for two, but they are hard to find. Another flaw. It definitely is NOT worth the money.

Average construction, it stops working when the contacts on the lid to which the pump is attached get wet (even if I am careful with water filling, only from condensation), so I have to be mindful and observe if it is working. The filter needs to be replaced every month, which costs about €6 if I'm not mistaken.

Beautiful, practical, and quiet. I give it one star for a very important reason. Filters are not sold anywhere in Greece. And it requires a filter change every month.

It works perfectly, it does not include the charger (only the cable) as stated on the packaging - it works perfectly with a mobile charger. Beautiful and discreet - the little cat loves it.
