After two services, it still has several problems, low pressure, and the steam pipe gets clogged every now and then.

It is not 8 bar as they claim, their excuse is that the iron does not steam at 8 bar in the boiler but in the iron itself, which is why it takes a long time to produce steam. They did not replace it for me because I used it (how else would I have seen that it does not actually produce 8 bar?). Their response from the store where I bought it was that I should have checked the reviews before purchasing it. So, here is my review to advise you not to make the same mistake and buy it yourself

Avoid buying it!

The iron never worked properly. The pump did not draw the correct amount of water and produced very little steam. There were two replacements made and in the end, a refund was given. I did not try a third replacement and preferred to purchase a different device. Stay away from buying it. It is a matter of luck to find a device that works. The purchase was made from a large chain store, luckily, because they had a replacement policy. Otherwise, we would have had to deal with the service. It is unacceptable for a new model that has reports of faulty parts for the company itself not to withdraw them. Supposedly, it is one of Singer's top models!
