The purpose of this book is to present and analyze the theory and mainly the practical applications regarding the preparation of investment plans, as well as the evaluation methodologies of investments and business programs with an emphasis on investment projects that address development laws and secondarily on investment projects implemented based on the specifications of the Community Support Frameworks - ESPA.
For this purpose, the presentation of this book is based on the analysis and evaluation of investment plans based on specific standards/methodologies of the current Development law or other investment programs.
