For the money, it is very good. It lowered the temperature on my 7-year-old computer with an AMD processor and the noise is minimal

I struggled to install it because it didn't mention that an extra bracket is not needed for Intel, and I was trying to install it with it. After installation, I had very high temperatures, 95C, while gaming! I checked to see if it was properly attached, but it seemed fine. Anyway, the temperatures eventually came back to normal levels. With the stock fan (i7 4790), I have slightly better temperatures, which I didn't expect. Maybe I'll apply new thermal paste. For its price, it's okay, but if I were to buy again, I would go for something better. The positive thing is that its noise level is very low and it generally operates at low speeds. At maximum speed, the noise is soft and pleasant.

  • Very good for its price. With Ryzen 3 1200 3.9ghz, it stays at 29°C idle and reaches 40-45°C during normal/games usage, and 60°C at full load. With Ryzen 5 2600 4ghz, it stays at 29-30°C idle and reaches 38-40°C during gaming, and 60°C at full load. It is quite silent. The fan is 120mm, but the base is 90mm, so it's a bit difficult to change the fan. (It doesn't support a second fan). I can say it competes with the CM 212 (which I also have) after almost 4 years of use, with no particular complaints. The clips of the fan are a bit annoying to put on/remove for cleaning, etc. It fits comfortably in any mid ATX case. Considering what it offers and its price, it is worth it. With this price, you can't have high expectations

  • Due to its price, I had low expectations, but it pleasantly impressed me. It was purchased as a gift for a friend who was stuck with the stock cooler on an AMD FX 8350. Even with overclocking to 4.3GHz, it did not raise temperatures significantly. I don't remember if it includes thermal paste, but with the Cooler Master Pro Gel, it had very good performance. Very good for its price.

Very good sound, but it is not audible from a long distance. You have to put your ear close to hear it. For me, it is top!

An excellent cooler, installed on an AMD FX-8320 overclocked to 4GHz. The processor now runs at idle at 25 degrees (which I consider to be quite low for an overclocked processor with the mediocre case it is installed in terms of airflow), while in gaming mode with maximum utilization it never exceeds 55-60 degrees!
P.S. A huge positive is that it is "plug n play" as it comes with pre-applied thermal paste distributed across the entire plate, and not in excessive quantity, which makes me give it 5 stars instead of 4 that I would give due to its size.

  • Very good cooler for its price, I had it for 2 years on an AMD Athlon 5600+. Now I upgraded and it cools down the Ryzen 3 2200g. With Arctic Silver 5, the temperatures are 25-30 degrees in idle and it doesn't exceed 50 degrees in full load (games, etc.) with the fan running at 800 RPM (of course, there is an option in the BIOS to adjust it to work at the full range of speeds, meaning constantly at 1600 RPM)

Good fan, noticeable temperature difference compared to the stock one on the fx-8350, about 10 degrees lower on socket temperatures and even more on core temperatures. Quiet (120 mm, 1600 rpm).

    1) Easy installation on amd fx8320 with 2 clips.
    2) Thermally conductive paste already applied on the surface that comes into contact with the processor.
    3) With the same workload and room temperature, it reduced the CPU temperature by 17-18 degrees.
    4) Due to the 12-fan that reaches a maximum of 1500 rotations, there is no noise.
    5) Super price for what it offers... I highly recommend it

fx 4300 overclocked to 4500 GHz, motherboard's case
Room temperature 35°C at the end of July
Full load after 10 minutes, CPU temperature 55°C with RBM fan at 1400 RPM and very low noise (with the same setup one day before, it was giving me 71°C and 4500 RPM)
