The more colorless a diamond is, the more it shines and the more intense the color analysis inside it is.

Colorlessness increases gradually, from slightly colored diamonds (Z) to completely colorless ones (D).

D/E/F = colorless diamonds

G/H/I/J = almost colorless diamonds

K/L/M = diamonds with a subtle hue of color

N/O/P/Q/R = diamonds with a very light hue of color

S/T/U/V/W/X/Y/Z = diamonds with a light hue of color

They are a unit of measurement for the weight of the diamond.

One carat is equal to 0.2 grams.

The clarity of the diamond indicates whether it has any flaws (internal or external in the stone).

The clarity grades are as follows (in descending order):

1. Loupe Clean (LC): Clean diamonds

2. Flawless (FL): Without visible flaws

3. Internal Flawless (IF): Absence of internal flaws, but presence of slight external flaws

4. Very very slightly included (VVS1/VVS2): Diamonds with very small internal flaws that are very difficult to see with a magnifying lens

5. Very slightly included (VS1/VS2): Diamonds with very small internal flaws that are difficult to see with a magnifying lens

6. Slightly included (Si1/Si2): Diamonds with small internal flaws that are easily visible with a magnifying lens

7. Pique or Included (Pi1/Pi2/Pi3 or I1/I2/I3): Diamonds with visible flaws that can be seen with the naked eye
