I bought them when my child was 2 years old, knowing that they would be a little big for him, but mostly to get him used to them. This year, when we were 3 and he put them on and went into the sea, he learned to float and stopped being afraid of the sea and doesn't want to get out of it! I was shocked that my child learned to swim and float with these arm floats the first time he dived with them! I have recommended them to my friends for their children too!
