Άριστο . Με 80 κιλά τηγανητές πατάτες ( κόψιμο όχι καθάρισμα ) τη μέρα επί ένα χρόνο ακόμα δουλεύει άψογα με σχετικά όχι ιδιαίτερα απαιτητική συντήρηση.

Το εχω 8-9μηνες, πολυ ωραιο μαχαιρι για μικρο δουλειες (φρουτα κανα λαχανικο κτλ ) αλλα ακομη κ αν το χρησιμοποιησεις σε κρεας η σε κατι πιο απαιτηττικο κανει καλη δουλεια, εγω το εχω σαν το απλο καθημερινο μου, για κρεας η φιλεταρισμα η ξεκοκαλιασμα εχω αλλα μαχαιρια. Σιγουρα θα το αγοραζα ξανα.
