So far, perfect. The quality seems good and the motor of the mixer (this is the first thing that breaks - in the 3 previous bread makers I had) seems strong. I consider it a fair purchase.
Very good. At first, you have to succeed with the recipe but then everything is ok.. And so you don't have to search, my recipe with sourdough is: 165g lukewarm water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, 100g sourdough, 300g yellow Papafilis flour. In program 1 and in about 3 hours you will have a perfect bread. Choosing a different flour can change the quality of the bread to a disappointing point. At the beginning of the fermentation, it would be good to help with a scraper to detach it from the walls. A great advantage is that it has two small bowls and if you want, you can make just one loaf that is enough for 2 people.
Quite good, I just didn't like that it has a bin with two separate compartments for 2 smaller loaves of bread, each weighing 500-600 grams.
