  They are only washable from surfaces. They do not come out easily from the skin or clothes. I bought them for a 15-month-old child, and they did not clean off his hands with anything. I washed them three times with scrubbing, but the colors are still there! The same goes for the shirt, even worse! It's a lie that they come out with just water! I do not recommend them at all!
