To carry it with you without taking up any space is great. Don't expect comfort, just enough to lean somewhere, it can withstand weight and it is stable.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. We needed it for my father (who has a problem with his waist) on our trip to Rome. It helped us a lot in long queues, during breaks from our walks, and at attractions where there were no seating options. Super lightweight, we had it with us everywhere like a little bag, and after the first few days, others from our group wanted to use it too. It may seem like it can't handle much at first glance, but that's not true!

Quite a good stool but it needs attention when opening because the little teeth under the seat come off and then it doesn't close completely
