I have been working out intensively (along with proper nutrition) for about 18 months, and my best performances at the gym were during the approximately one month that I took this specific pre-workout. During this period, I followed a calorie maintenance diet and my gym split was pull-push-legs-rest, meaning I went three times every four days. It should be noted that this was the only period in which I took pre-workout.

We got two people each with two small scoops for the first time on 27/04/24, it gave us energy for an hour but not as described in the above comments, and many cramps and side effects in the legs. I will give it another chance with 3 scoops as recommended dosage and I will come back with comments. So far, though, I have tried better ones!

After 1 week...

Taste 5/10 (Very intense, reminds me of and smells like Bubbaloo gum, with a hint of grapefruit)
Energy 10/10 (It works in 10-15 minutes)
Duration 10/10 (For me, 4-6 hours)

Maybe I will buy it again, but definitely in a different flavor (if available).

The taste of it? The first week is nice, then you start to get bored of it.
The blood rush? You feel it within 5-10 minutes, you feel the blood flowing everywhere in your veins, it gives you full energy, it gives you the appetite to exercise, if there's one thing I would change, it's the taste, this specific pre-workout is very complete.
I can't say it's the best pre-workout I've ever taken, but I will try others and I will come back.
