Practical but overly sensitive, resulting in two consecutive measurements having a significant difference. An older model of OMRON that I still have, which was more expensive as it was the top of the series, proved to be much more stable in measurements with minimal deviations. In conclusion, it is not worth buying.

It is obvious that a wrist blood pressure monitor CANNOT have absolute accuracy in its measurements, firstly because the radial artery is not the most appropriate point to measure pressure, and secondly because the point of measurement should ideally be elevated to the height of the heart, something that is rarely checked by users who take their blood pressure at home (even with the more suitable wrist blood pressure monitors for this reason...).
Therefore, assuming that the user reads and follows the instructions, and understands that it is not a complicated watch but a diagnostic tool, its measurements are absolutely satisfactory for the intended use (portable, 8.5 x 6.5 cm, to fit almost in a large wallet, thus allowing measurements in spaces/places that do not allow measurement with a traditional arm blood pressure monitor).
Its accuracy is fine (as others have written, and I have also observed, with proper use, I have never noticed a deviation of more than 5mmHg - the specifications state a deviation of up to 3 mm). And the convenience of taking my blood pressure at the office without even rolling up my sleeve from my shirt makes it incomparable for me (that was actually the main reason I bought it). Clearly, it is expensive, but I do not know any other blood pressure monitor that is as convenient as this one (I won't even comment on various types of smartwatches... that would be ridiculous...). Also, regarding its price, it is not a smartphone that has a lifespan of two to three years, but with proper use, it will last much, much longer. Of course, I have a traditional arm blood pressure monitor at home. For the purpose it was purchased, I cannot fault it.
