  I received the Car Fan for my School Car that I drive, and I must admit that it is "Very good" with closed eyes.
  The small remote control with 3 positions "Fast - Off - Slow" is of good quality.
  The cable that connects to the Car Lighter is not very long, not even 1 meter, but it is of good construction.
  Now, if you attach the fan to the left side of the windshield (as shown in the photos), the cable reaches the car lighter just right if you have the car lighter in the center of the dashboard. If your Car Lighter is in a different location, for example between the seats or somewhere in front of the gear lever, then the cable will not reach you and there will be a problem with its extension.
  With the control button on "Slow", the fan really has tremendous power that you think it runs at a rabbit's pace and not a turtle's (as the saying goes).
  With the control button on "Fast", it's something else. It spins like crazy and has crazy performance. Especially when you have it attached to the windshield like I do in the photos you see.
  It is generally the Best Fan up to this price range. I wouldn't choose any other fan below it.
  I wouldn't choose any other fan above it either because it's not worth spending more money on a fan, so this one is the ideal one.
  Now, if you have stuck it to the windshield of your car from the inside in the upper part of the glass, a strip of sun protection film for your eyes, the fan can be suctioned onto the film. It may not be as strong, but under good pressure that only occurs if you are running in the Acropolis Rally or driving in the Sahara desert, it will come off (due to the extreme heat).
  Of course, I would recommend it with my eyes closed. It may have cost me 20 euros in total including shipping costs, but it's really worth it. If it was a little cheaper, it would be even better actually.
  You won't regret it. It's really worth it. Now, how long the mechanism will last, only time will tell.
  Finally, if I could rate on a scale of 1 to 10 how good the performance is and how fast it is in "Fast" and "Slow", I would honestly give it a 9.

  P.S.: I forgot to mention some details. The Fan is not an "Air Conditioner", nor is it an air conditioner in general. In order for it to cool you a little or at least feel a temperature difference above you (on your head), you either need to have a cool car cabin with reasonable weather temperature, or have the Air-Conditioner on at a reasonable low temperature, so that you can cool down directly and specifically on your head (on your face).
  If you go to the Sahara desert with 40-45 degrees Celsius and expect the fan to cool you down, or if you are in a car without installed Air-Conditioner in the middle of the day in the center of Athens (as the saying goes) and it's 30-40 degrees outside and you want to be cooled down, then I'm sorry but it's not the fan's fault.
  The key factor for the fan is what Cooling and what overall environment you have inside your car cabin... so that it can direct the air towards you and utilize it for your benefit and the fan's benefit within your cabin.
