    Excellent for runners who run long distances. Forget about bleeding nipples. I have used it in 3-hour training sessions and one application before I started was enough. No irritation, no pain, and of course no bleeding. I highly recommend it. Also, the product does not stain. Update: I ran the Athens marathon with this. Just one application, and even though I had it with me during the race, a second application was not needed.
