A book that examines life stories, that is, the represented journeys of educators. A book that attempts to show how through the approach of the Analytical Program as an autobiographical text and the analysis of the life stories of educators, their path towards the dynamic formation of their professional identity is detected. But also how and to what extent the narrative reconstruction of their life story allows educators themselves to recognize, realize, or even transform their perspective not only on educational practice but also on the school and their role in it. Because when educators recognize their personal assumptions and detect the conditions of their formation, they do not simply understand their lives retrospectively, but they live it inventively.
