  I had a Fènix 5X and sold it because I thought it didn't charge well, and I bought a Fènix 6X Pro, which has the exact same charging port as the Fènix 5X, and I encountered the exact same problem (sometimes it charges on the first try, and sometimes I had to play with the cable and find the right position for it to start charging). Then I found this product on skroutz and bought it, as an attempt to try and find a solution to the cable issue. Since then, every single charge is always correct and perfect.. the product is so good that it is better than the original Garmin charging cable. (update after almost a year of use: the cable works perfectly and continues to charge the Fènix 6X Pro on the first try)
