The worst piece of garbage that exists!!! To connect to Wi-Fi, the time needs to be changed!! And when it connects to print, another year passes!! The end result was in the trash can!!!

I have no pictures to add because it goes along with the table in recycling that I broke out of frustration! Unbelievable inconvenience after 3 years of occasional use.. Whenever I wanted to print something, I felt like I was going to the dentist from the stress!! Stay away unless you have incredible patience and money for ink and paper.. and I had paid 100 euros!

Unacceptable product, difficult installation, the average user cannot make it work. The ink replacement service seems tempting at first, but after the trial period, the subscriptions increased. Afterward, it does not recognize any ink that was not purchased from HP. Money wasted
A product literally garbage, from a company with zero respect for the customer. The installation is painful, time-consuming, and costly, as of course HP has to print all the documents (even counting the installation) in color, while they could easily be a PDF.
So, after the installation failed, and even the HP technicians themselves couldn't figure out what the hell is wrong with the product, and meanwhile, I am left without the product I bought, we eventually found a solution, but of course, every time I wanted to print/scan something, the printer would produce 45 errors.
It is also understood that HP does not accept ink from other companies, EVEN WHEN THEIRS IS OUT OF STOCK (not to mention the cost of consumables).
The paper feed is literally unacceptable, 90% of the time you have to manually feed it (which makes the Wi-Fi printing completely pointless).
The last straw was when I wanted to SCAN a file and it wouldn't let me because it detected a problem with the paper feed.
Stay as far away as possible from HP printers, no matter how affordable they seem at first. We're talking about a company that puts the customer/user very low on its priority list.
For throwing away and 5 euros, I wouldn't take him again. You press print and it starts whenever it feels like it, it jams in the middle and then stops and throws it away without printing it. With the 7th reprint, I managed to get one page out. I broke the computer desk with punches and I hope I didn't break my hand... Unacceptable HP
For throwing away eventually. For wireless printing, it is completely random to manage to print. There is no reason to buy.
Crazy issue when you want to print wirelessly. It disconnects from the network and you have to open and close it to make it work... if it feels like it
Okay, the printer is fine but HP has a serious issue with its software. The printer would freeze every now and then when I first got it, and you couldn't send anything through wifi. The only solution was to unplug it for 10 minutes every day. Now that issue has been fixed, but it still doesn't print double-sided, so it prints whatever it wants. Overall, it's okay for 30 euros, but it shouldn't be doing this. It prints at 1200dpi like a turtle, but the print quality is very good. Overall, for small things, if you go for a more expensive one, I don't know if I would recommend HP again because I have a 400 euro machine that does the same or worse. They really need to fix the software, the machines are good...
I got it a while ago due to lack of space for home use.
It connected relatively easily via WiFi, without me being very familiar with technology.
It prints relatively slowly but it doesn't bother me because, as I said, I got it purely for home use.
So far, I only have positive impressions, if anything changes, I will come back.

Comfortably I would give it 5 stars, if the regular ink lasted longer. (The XL version is too expensive).
Otherwise, it is a reliable machine for those who don't print a lot of things.
A truly portable printer, as it is quite lightweight and easy to carry. To operate, it simply requires a power outlet and either a WiFi connection or a USB cable. The print quality is good and okay for photos. As a scanner, it is somewhat mediocre because to make it smaller and more portable, they did not include a regular scanner. It has a scanner, but the scans were okay but of average quality. It is nicely compact with the only sacrifice being the scanner. The installation was not difficult for me, but for some others, it may seem challenging.
Now, onto the negatives, the ink. Like all HP printers, the ink cartridges are not cost-effective. It uses two cartridges, one Black and one Color (304), which cost 25 euros for regular ones and print 120 pages, and 60 euros for XL ones that produce 300 pages. Very expensive for very few pages. It is better to use HP's instant ink service, where the ink cartridges come for free and you pay a monthly amount based on the number of pages you set. For a free month, you can use the code: j3wjt3, as the printer does not come with a free trial of the service on its own.
Value for money!
It is unfair as I really don't know why it doesn't have the same consumer base as other models!

After six months, I will have an even better picture and I will come back!
To start with, I wanted a simple all-in-one printer to print some copies of my children's schoolwork, self-tests, and general use without high quality requirements. I bought it for 55 euros.
Firstly, I must say that the device is very compact, and the fact that it doesn't have a lid for photocopies and scanning makes it more sturdy in construction, and I hope it will last for a long time. Also, the input and output trays open and close very easily, so when the printer is not needed, you can close them and store it without taking up much space.
The setup didn't go perfectly because when I tried to connect it, there was a momentary power outage and the process was interrupted. However, I can't say that it bothered me when using the hp application on my Android mobile, Chromebook, and Windows PC. Here, I should mention that I specifically wanted a machine with wifi because we mostly use Chromebooks at home and I wanted to be able to print from them. So far, the printer works perfectly in terms of connectivity. I plug it in, and within half a minute, it is ready to print via wifi from all my devices without any issues, which is something I was more worried about than anything else.
Regarding the print quality, I won't say much because, as I mentioned, I don't have high expectations, but it gets the job done. As it is not a laser printer, we shouldn't have high expectations for speed.
The store mentioned in the offer that it includes a free 2-month trial of hp's instant ink service for free ink. In the end, after managing to activate the process, I saw that I will have the service for free for 8 months, so this way I can better judge if I need the service to continue or not. I should mention here that activating the service is a bit complicated, and the instructions didn't help much. The printer not only needs to be connected to wifi but also to the internet for hp to monitor when ink needs to be sent. To do this, at some point, it asks for a pin code, which you can find on a sticker on the back of the printer.

We changed the router and then it wouldn't connect because the router is now 5g.
