    It does what it promises. Neither less nor more. If localized heat is something that helps you, then it definitely does the job, especially when using a heating pad is not feasible.     Personally, it didn't help me. It's not warm enough. I think if it reached a higher temperature, it might have helped more with period pain. It is also small in size, so it doesn't help if you have pain a little higher in the ovaries. It also doesn't have such a strong adhesive. It helps if you have very mild pain, but you can relieve that pain by doing something to distract yourself or taking painkillers. It takes almost half an hour to fully activate and reach the final temperature (unless I did something wrong while activating it). However, it does provide warmth for the cold winter days and actually lasts up to 10 hours!
