HP's monopolistic practices, if you don't buy their own ink, they block the printer. Their inks are extremely expensive and run out immediately. Never again HP, they are clowns
Absolutely satisfied with the purchase (made about 1 year before Easter 2023).
A pretty good, fast, and quality printer.
I never had any particular issue with connectivity or printing!
To give my code like the others and all win, with the code gsgbt3 you and I win an extra month of free printing period (extra from any other possible period you may have).
Happy printing!
The installation was very easy. You can only install it via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, not with the USB cable. The steps include downloading the HP mobile or computer application, where you can see everything about the printer from there.
HP gives you back 40 euros and also gives you 6 months of free HP+ service, where it automatically sends you ink to your home (or your business) as soon as it sees that they are running out.
The link for the return is:

Also, as the other kids said, there is an extra code during registration for the service that gives you an additional month as a gift, and the owner of the code also gets a free month.
So if you don't have someone you know to take advantage of the extra free month, you can use mine, which is j4j7ff.
Or directly from the computer:

For a €100 all-in-one printer, it's worth the money. Prints and copies are very good with full paper utilization (zero white margin on the edges). The installation is a bit troublesome - only wireless - not user-friendly, and it doesn't come with a USB cable, and the port is sealed with a sticker. To get the 3rd year of warranty that was offered, I called HP twice and they sent me another link. With registration to the Instant Ink service, you get free ink and 700 pages/month for 6 months. While it came with ink, after registration, I received another set (with XL black) within 2 days via courier! It's very convenient that it communicates via WiFi and works seamlessly with our mobile devices. We can print from wherever we are, inside or outside the house, without needing to place it next to the PC or office. You can place it wherever you want, as long as there's a power outlet and signal!!!
Edit: No code you see here or elsewhere will give you 6 months or 10 or 12. You will get 1 month and the user from whom you got the code will also get 1 month. Because there are also some cunning ones...
My code for another free month on Instant Ink is tgk2nz or directly at the link try.hpinstantink.com/tgk2nz.

Day 1, so the review concerns the setup and some initial prints. I had a problem with the USB, the HP Smart (app from the Windows store) couldn't find the machine (there is no cable in the package), but Windows could see it, but when I tried to scan, it got stuck. I connected via wifi from the printer's touchscreen (which is quite good) and from there everything went smoothly. The installation was done through HP Smart. The few prints I made via wifi were very fast, double-sided printing works as it should. The scanner as well. Its plastics are neither bad nor perfect, they are average to good. For 99 euros minus 40 euros cashback from HP's promotional offer (valid until the end of October 23), that is 59 euros final price (and that with an invoice), we are talking about a gift, not a purchase! Completely occasional household use, as there is a leased laser printer in the office.
Edit: I should add that with the purchase and registration of HP+, you get 6 months of free instant ink, the package with 700 pages/month. For some reason, I initially only got 2 months, but after a message on the HP support forum, I was immediately credited with another 6 (+1 month from another user's code, a total of 9 months free x 700 pages/month)! Very satisfied with the forum, not at all satisfied with HP support via WhatsApp. As for the Instant Ink service, the first set of ink came very quickly, within 2 days. Essentially, I will be able to judge if the service is worth it after the free trial period ends. After 1 week of use, very satisfied with the machine, while it seems unthinkable for anyone to buy a printer today without double-sided printing and wifi+ethernet connectivity.
After 15 months of use, I can say that the printer is perfect for home use with monthly prints of around 100 pages, just like me. That is, no school work for the kids, no printing for my work when I'm telecommuting, and no photos...
The scanner is also very good.
I subscribed to the ink subscription service and I think it's worth it.
For home, average use, it's the best at a good price.
The only negative is that it's bulky, but you're buying a multifunction machine...
It's not their fault, it's my fault for making the mistake of buying an HP again. No help with the installation, the manuals are completely useless and they only tell you about wireless connection, which I constantly have problems with. Their software is the worst and doesn't help at all, and if you need assistance, the printer refers you to the software with incorrect directories/paths that don't exist!!! Good luck if you want a wired connection! There is no cable included in the package except for the power cord, and if you connect it with Ethernet, it will only have internet and nothing else. The best part? It doesn't have a USB port, so you can't connect it with USB! Hahaha, I give a scan command from the computer and it tells me there's a problem, check the help! And in the help, it only tells you the scanning capabilities! No help with the connection, no help anywhere! Either you blindly follow the wireless connection instructions in the manual or you're at the mercy of God! And if you try to get assistance after 6 PM by calling customer service because you work like me, goodnight and kisses! Both HP and ALL the affiliated stores are closed for service after this time! Hahaha, no joke, you should be ashamed, I will never buy anything from HP again, not even a pin!
Very good printer. The print quality is satisfactory both in black and white and in color.
As a scanner, especially with the automatic feeder, it is extremely good, especially if you have many documents to scan.
At the link try.hpinstantink.com/fkks9j or with the code fkks9j, you can get an extra month for ink (and I can also get an extra month). I am waiting for the first package. With 6 months as a gift + 1 extra month with referral, I think you can recover the cost of purchase.
And with registration on the HP website, 3 years warranty.
I used to print twice a week for household use for about two months until it burned the head. They replaced it and in six months the color head burned. The ink doesn't come out even after cleaning for a month. It's the worst. I spent so much money and I don't have a printer. I had an HP for 15 years and it printed just fine. I decided to get something more modern and just threw my money away. I'm left without a printer as if you can find $200 on the street.
Easy installation, fast and with remote printing program. Initially gives 6 months of free printing and with the code pykrby gives an additional 1 month to the instant ink service
Quite good for its price (€129) and for what it offers.
Bought for use at home and in a small business. Good printing on plain paper, black and white and color. The automatic double-sided printing function is also very good, with slightly better quality than the original. I did not try the fax function. As for speed, neither slow nor fast. Sturdy construction with hard plastics. Quite heavy and bulky, it takes up half of your desk. I do not yet have an opinion on ink consumption, as it was registered with instant ink. There is some slight difficulty in installation, as you need to download software from the company and it asks for a PIN to proceed.
