    Nice first cat tree, convenient size - at least for our 4-month-old kitten - and quite well-designed levels. She is very interested in it, especially the little house and the nest. The top wobbles a bit, but in no way is it going to fall or scare the pet. It can be secured to the wall if someone takes the time. Faint smell and fluff just after taking it out of the box. Everything is fine with the assembly and the instructions.

    I took off one star for two reasons:

    1. Not all the posts are wrapped in sisal, resulting in the cat chewing/scratching its fur; I don't know how long they will last. We might have to wrap them ourselves with rope.

    2. I notice that it is not so easy for a (small) kitten to climb to the top because there is not even a little space to support itself below to go up (in the photo, I placed her there, and she simply jumped down to the couch). At least this is the case when the top is aligned with the roof of the little house. When it is turned (like a diamond), it has somewhat better footing.

    Value for money in general, I will return for the durability.

    For a little kitty, it's good! There's no way your kitty won't like it. It's sturdy and sways slightly when the kitty jumps and plays, but not enough to tip over and fall! It also has a strap to tie it to the wall in case you want to... but you won't need it!
